Slow Flow Yoga:
A gentle yet flowy, melodic practice that allows for a slow and steady practice with controlled mindful breath. A beautiful happy medium between a vinyasa and hatha class.
Flow and Restore:
A moderate paced flow class, coordinating breath with movement to flow from one posture to another. (think of perhaps a lighter version of vinyasa flow). Injected during and after sequences are restorative pauses to foster integrating the mind-body connection.
Hatha Yoga: (Gentle Yoga is slower pace version)
A well-rounded class that incorporates attention to safe alignment, strength building, and a smooth flow. Using precise instruction and progressive sequencing, develop a deeper awareness of the body and the breath that feeds it. Experience standing poses, seated postures, hip openers, twists and more in a playful, challenging, and nurturing space. Appreciate the wisdom and grace of your body while playing to your own personal edge. Great for those new to yoga or current yogis looking to fine tune their practice.
Total Stretch (Yin yoga):
Using mostly seated and reclining poses, this therapeutic and restorative practice targets the area of the lower body. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes and designed to gently stimulate and heal the connective tissues and ligaments, encourage health and mobility of joints, and calm the mind. Ideal in complementing the more physical muscular forms of exercise and activities.
VinYin:
A beautiful union of vinyasa and yin yoga to experience what both styles have to offer. A smooth flow sequence helps to center the mind, followed by restorative and healing postures to allow a deeper dive inwards. A balanced fusion combining active and passive movements.

YogaBox (Cardio kickboxing & Yoga):
A unique, fun and dynamic class that is open to all fitness levels. YogaBox blends two different modes of exercise – cardio kickboxing and yoga– but achieves the same results: improved physical endurance, increased strength and flexibility, greater confidence, and reduced stress levels. Set to energizing music, classes first start with cardio kickboxing, featuring punches, kicks, combinations and conditioning drills for a total body & fitness workout. Then a smooth transition ensues to therapeutic and restorative yoga postures to help the body unwind, relax, and restore. TRX suspension training:
Build a fit, lean, strong physique using TRX straps, kettlebells, weights, and other toys such as the Rip Trainer and the fun FROG. Every class will use something different so you will always be challenged. Incorporating circuit training and interval training, class also improves cardio fitness by burning calories while building muscle. Obtain functional fitness through TRX suspension training and execute every day movements in a safe and effective manner.

Tone and strengthen your entire body, build muscle and definition, improve your balance and posture. Class incorporates different props - such as weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, tubing - and is a great cardio and strength workout.

Reformer:
Build overall strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. Lengthen and tone the body, improve body alignment using added resistance via pulleys and weighted springs. Working on this apparatus allows for targeting specific muscle groups or a full-body workout.
Balanced Body: MOTR
What is MOTR? Part mini-Reformer, Part foam roller, ALL Fun. Using resistance cables while balancing on the cylinder, work on upper and lower body strength and conditioning. It is a complete personal trainer. It greatly improves balance while also promoting flexibility, strength, and agility.
