Mat:

While exercises are primarily done on the floor in a reclined or seated position, don't be fooled! It is a serious core workout. Reformer:
Build overall strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Lengthen and tone the body; improve body alignment using added resistance via pulleys and weighted springs. Working on this apparatus allows for targeting specific muscle groups or a full-body workout.
Balanced Body - MOTR:
What is MOTR? Part mini-reformer, part foam roller, ALL fun! Using resistance cables while balancing on the cylinder, work on upper and lower body strength and conditioning. It is a complete personal trainer. It greatly improves balance while also promoting flexibility, strength, and agility.
