Here's a short 20 minute yoga practice that is a little bit flow, a little bit strength, a little bit stretching. A nice easy-to-follow sequence you can do anytime. Feel free to play your favorite tunes in the background. Hope you feel 'good' afterwards, as I say it about 1,000 times in this short period of time....

Here's a 15 minute Circuit Training workout you can do! There's a dozen exercises here divided into 3 groups. Do each group 2-3 times, or lengthen the time spent doing each exercise (we do 45 seconds here, you can increase it to a minute or more). Or maybe this gives you some ideas to create your own full-body workout . Stay strong and stay fit!
